Xanath Pâtisserie is a local business founded in 2019. The owner, Ana, sells beautiful and delicious cakes. When she first reached out, she told me that she liked the name Xanath because it represented the aztec origin of the vanilla flavor.
In the aztec culture, zanat was the nectar of the gods, so Ana wanted to reinforce that concept and use it for her brand.
