Vitta Cuauhtemoc from ADV Architecture Studio
ADV Architecture Studio, located in Mexico City, hired me to design their logo deliverables with a consistent identity (they already had the logo, I just designed the brand identity).
The story.
The studio has been in business for around 10 years now, and the owner, a good friend of mine, was in desperate need to showcase the new apartment complexes he and his team were developing.
The project's request was for the complex named Vitta Cuauhtemoc, so he requested a flyer and a brochure, as well as a big format ad, both designed in Adobe Illustrator, so that way, he would be able to replicate it for additional projects they were going to develop.
The goal.
The first goal was to use the studio's logo to refresh the branding deliverables, such as business cards, letterheads, and email signatures.
The second goal was to create a clean flyer and a brochure that showcased Vitta Cuauhtemoc, with their beautiful renders and curated information in regards to the complex. They also wanted to print the design in a big format for advertising.

The solution.
Clean and professional brand identity deliverables that actually look from a professional architecture studio.
The eye-catching brochure, flyer, and large format ad were used to showcase the amazing apartment complex, as well as its blueprints and amenities.
